Physical Therapy Visit Coverage Options
Insurance Plan
We accept a wide variety of insurances!
Most insurance plans include coverage for your physical therapy visits. If you are unsure about the details of your plan, be sure to contact your insurance company before your physical therapy visit to verify your benefits including number of visits, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, or if a referral is required.
It is the patient's responsibility to understand your insurance coverage prior to your visit. Feel free to call us with any questions!
Cash-Based Plan
We also accept cash payments to cover your physical therapy visits. This might be the option if you don't have insurance.
You do not need a referral if you choose this plan.
