How to Pay Your Bill:
​TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
We are currently in the process of changing our billing system from out-of-house to in-house billing. For services performed on or BEFORE 9/12/2025, you need to pay by phone, mail or in person. For services performed on or AFTER 9/13/2025, you will use our new in-house billing. Thank you for your patience while we go through this transition.

Accepted payment options: most major credit cards, debit card, HSA, cash, check
We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount when paying with a credit card, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards.
Payments made in cash or by check will not incur a fee.​
