You pay directly through flexible memberships, prepaid packages, or pay-as-you-go options, with care that is transparent, proactive, and built entirely around you—on your terms.

Range Direct Care offers several exciting cash-based options, with varying degrees of accessibility.
All Range Direct Care services are cash-based and paid upfront. A current, valid card must be kept on file at all times.
As a non-insurance business, Range Direct Care does not bill insurance or process claims for coverage, reimbursement, or payment. All services are provided outside of active insurance plans.

Pause policy: allow one pause per calendar year (max of 3 months) - no access to benefits or visits during this time. If your account is inactive for 3 or more months within your calendar year (from annual renewal), a $25 reactivation fee will apply.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your plan will remain active through the end of the current month, and billing will stop the following month.

A $50 reactivation fee is charged once per year upon annual renewal.

Accepted payment options: most major credit cards, debit card, HSA, cash, check
We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount when paying with a credit card, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards.
Payments made in cash or by check will not incur a fee.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must provide Range PT at least 24 hours’ advance written notice by emailing info@rangeptmontana.com or calling (406) 370-1377, otherwise a $50.00 late cancellation or no-show fee will be administered for each occurrence and may be immediately charged to the card on file (which is not covered within your Cash-Based Care Plan). You will not be able to attend future appointments until this fee is paid in full. If you late-cancel (less than 24 hours) or no-show more than two times, you will be removed from the schedule. As identified herein after two occurrences, under Range's discretion, you may be asked to schedule only day-of appointments when available or discharged from our practice. We have an answering machine on 24-hours a day for you to leave a message.
