Please join the oncology team at Range Physical Therapy & Wellness, led by physical therapists Maddie Small, DPT and Brenna McGuinness, DPT, in an interactive educational class covering various topics of oncology rehabilitation. This class will highlight the importance of including a physical therapist in your healthcare team by using exercise and movement as medicine to combat the side effects of cancer and cancer-related treatments, feel better faster after treatment, and lower your risk of recurrence. Side effects may include fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, depression, anxiety, changes in quality of life, bone health, functional capacity, and sleep issues.

This class is free and open to all cancer survivors and anyone impacted by cancer. Bring your friends and family and join us for an introduction of gentle movement and education on how you can use exercise as medicine. Please arrive wearing shoes and clothes you are comfortable moving in.
