3 PRACTICES TO MAKE ADULT FRIENDS
It doesn’t happen organically like it did when we were younger. It now takes effort and consciousness.
Assume people like you. Research shows that you’ll become warmer, friendlier, and more open...eventually becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Join something that occurs repeatedly. Doing this will spark our unconscious tendency to like the people we are familiar with - the mere exposure effect. Then ask individuals to spend time together outside of the repeated activity.
